By accessing the website of Digital Nexus LLC ("Digital Nexus") or engaging our professional consulting, custom software development, data governance, cloud, call center BPO, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Professional Engagement & Statements of Work

All custom development, data architecture, and ongoing management engagements are governed by formal, written Statements of Work (SOW) executed between authorized representatives of your company and Digital Nexus LLC. Each SOW defines specific project milestones, acceptance criteria, and fee structures.

Complete Intellectual Property Ownership

We believe clients should own their operational tools. Upon completion of milestone payments, all custom software applications, tailored databases, dashboards, workflow automations, and proprietary configurations created specifically for your company belong completely to you. Digital Nexus imposes no vendor lock-in or recurring per-seat proprietary license fees.

Mutual Confidentiality Standard

Both parties agree to treat proprietary technical and business information shared during consultations, scoping sessions, and project execution with strict confidentiality, maintaining security standards equal to or exceeding those used to protect their own trade secrets.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any commercial agreements executed with Digital Nexus LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
